Many of our employees, from headquarters to field staff, have been with us since our early days, providing our clients with a continuity and breadth of experience unusual in our industry. For example, two of our headquarters-based Associate Directors and one field Project Director each have over 15 years' experience with CHP, and the majority of our field and home office staff have been with our organization for over seven years. Rich in technical and cross-cultural experience, all are seasoned professionals who form the foundation of our success. Our small size encourages autonomy amongst our field managers while fostering close working relationships between headquarters and project sites.
